  1. Fill the fitness assessment questionnaire by following this link. Make sure you have your weight and vital body measurements (or keep a measuring tape) with you before you start.
  2. Schedule a meeting with Coach Kay to discuss
  3. After receiving your inputs, to share how I train & coach through a custom/personalized plan and interactions, and how you can benefit from it.
  4. Very importantly we must together identify realistic fitness/running short & long-term goals. The custom training will be designed to take you there.
